Your personal data will be treated in accordance with the laws regarding the protection of personal data and will be protected in such a way as to ensure its security (in particular with regard to unauthorised access and accidental loss) and confidentiality.

2.1 Teachers and administrators authorised by Elanguest Ltd.
2.2 Authorized overseas offices and agents when
this is deemed in the best interest of the student.
3 Your personal data will only be used in direct connection with the administration of Elanguest and the teaching of your English courses and any other third party service you have booked through Elanguest.
4 Under the laws relating to personal data protection, you have the right to access all such personal data, and to request the modification, updating or deletion of any personal records if these are incomplete, erroneous or have been created in violation of the law currently in force, by applying to the senior Elanguest administrator at Elanguest English Language School, Keating House, Ross Street, St. Julians, STJ 3243, Malta.
5 By using this site to send information to Elanguest, you agree to your personal data being made available to the personnel defined in clause 2 above, and used in accordance with clause 3 above
